Auxilia Chiminhya
Auxlia holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) Degree in Strategic Management from the University of Derby – the UK and a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Insurance and Risk Management from the National University of Science and Technology, (NUST) – Zimbabwe. She has a wealth of experience in reinsurance and reassurance spanning over 17 years. She attended reinsurance courses in Austria and South Africa and conducted a number of reassurance seminars in Zambia, Tanzania and Ethiopia. Auxlia played an integral role in the growth of First Reinsurance Company. Prior to joining First Reinsurance Company, she was the Assistant General Manager for BaobabRe Life and Health where she played a critical role in enhancing corporate growth and profitability.

Modise Modise Davies
Mr Modise holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Development Economics from Williams College, Massachusetts, the USA and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Botswana and Swaziland. He has a wealth of experience in both the public and private sector spanning over 30years. He has held various leadership positions in government and served as a member of the Board of Directors of several state-owned public enterprises. He has represented Botswana at the World Bank, IMF, and African Development Bank. He has also worked as a director for the African Development Bank Mr Modise served on the Boards of ABN, AMRO, Bank of Botswana and Botswana Development Corporation as Director. He was also Board Chairperson of Botswana Railways. He currently sits on the Board of Botswana Harvard AIDS Institute as a Board member
