Mr Nchini holds an Associate Diploma in Banking and a Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers, Gaborone. He is an Investment Management Finance Broker with experience in the banking sector and consultancy on asset finance spanning over 20 years. He also holds a Certificate of Proficiency from the Insurance Institute of South Africa. He attended several courses in Accounting, Finance, Short Term and Long -Term Insurance among others.
