Mrs. Mutti was appointed Director for Emeritus Re Zambia in May 2005 and subsequently Board Chairperson of Emeritus Re Zambia in 2011. A lawyer by profession, Nelly holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Zambia and is also a certified Arbitrator and Mediator. She is the Managing Partner of Lukona Chambers, a renowned law firm in Zambia. During the course of her career, she has served as the Chairperson of the Anti-Corruption Commission from 2002 to 2006 and as Commissioner on the Constitution Review Commission of Zambia from 2003 to 2005.

Mr. Kudenga is the Group Chief Executive Officer of the ZimRe Holdings Limited Group. He holds a Masters’ in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa. He is a Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) with extensive experience in investment banking, insurance and reinsurance. He sat and currently sits on several Boards of listed and regulated companies which include FBC Holdings Limited, Zimbabwe Investment Authority, Fidelity Life Assurance Company of Zimbabwe Limited, ZimRe Property Investments Limited and the National Building Society of Zimbabwe Limited.

Mr. Chibamba Kizito Lopa

Chibamba is a strategic leader which a proven capacity in the setting up and running of successful financial institutions and divisions of financial institutions. He is currently Chief Executive Officer for FinBond Limited. He has previously served as Chief Portfolio Management Officer for the Development Bank of Zambia, Country Lead/lnvestment Executive and Executive Director for GroFin Zambia Limited, Head- Business Banking for Zambia National Commercial Bank PIc (Zanaco) and he was also Manager at Hub and Branch levels for various Zanaco Business Units. Chibamba has been a member of the Steering Committee for the Global Network of Export and lmport Banks and Development Finance lnstitutions (G-NEXID), a DFI umbrella body spanning from Asia to Latin America and a major proponent of South-South Cooperation and includes major regional multilateral institutions across four continents. He is passionate about business turnaround and SME development and business support. He has been recognized by Chatham House, the renowned British Think Tank, as one of the foremost leaders in Alternative Finance interventions in Africa and he was a keynote speaker there in 2017. He has also been active on various boards across the public and private sector, Chibamba is very well versed with the Regulatory Aspects of the Zambian Pensions and Insurance Sector having previously served as Vice Chairperson of the Pensions and Insurance Authority Board.

Webster joined the group in 1999 as an Assistant Underwriter and has risen through the ranks to the position of Managing Director (Zambia); a position he assumed in 2011. He holds a Master of Science in Strategic Planning, Master of Business Administration and a first class Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Insurance and Risk Management. In addition, he is a Chartered Insurer and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (UK).

Obert Nkatwe is the Head of Finance and Administration at Emeritus Reinsurance Zambia Limited. A highly qualified and skilled finance professional, Obert holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance (MBA Finance). He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA-UK) and a Fellow of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (FZICA). Obert brings over two decades of valuable experience in reinsurance technical accounting and financial reporting to his leadership role.
